I am very happy with my new home! My build was not the norm as I was living in another state during the entire build. My build had some challenges due to being on a pretty good slope, Value Build Homes was able to work through all the challenges and produce a beautiful, well built home. Working with Jillian was a pleasure, she is very informative, helpful, kind and knows what she is doing! She was patient as we walked through all the details to pick out flooring, cabinets, fixtures, roof shingles etc. My builder Eddie Shue was also very skilled at what he does. He always kept in contact, showed up on site and has a keen eye to deficiencies that needed to be corrected before things moved on to the next phase. Communication was key in my situation being so far away and I appreciate the extra time it took to keep me updated on all the things I needed to know. Also big thanks to Ron Talley, he also made this a smooth build keeping me up to date on everything, checking in with me to be sure I didn't have any questions and helping in that communication that was much needed. Thank you all for my beautiful home!
