ValueBuild Homes' COVID-19 Update: Click here to see how we are continuing to serve you during this time.

Our Process

Value Build Homes has developed a simple five-step process to ensure that every new home construction matches our exacting standards. This also makes it easy for every homebuyer to understand what is happening at every stage of the process.

1. Land Evaluation

We will provide a free evaluation on your property so we can offer expert advice and guidance about elements like the actual footprint of your new dream house. If you don’t currently own land, and require assistance to find the perfect home site, we can help with that as well.

2. Design Planning

Value Build Homes will work with you to implement an existing floor plan or help you customize a design that truly meets your family’s needs. We’ll cover everything from the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you require to the size and dimensions of your living room and kitchen.

3. Construction

Construction of your new dream house begins on site. Our skilled home building specialists, under the guidance of our Construction Manager, will create your home, within budget and on schedule. When we promise you a finish date, clear your calendar because that is the day you will be able to move in!

4. Visits and Meetings

At this point, your input is still very important. We will plan for you to visit to the construction site and scheduled a meeting with your Construction Manager who will explain the status of your new home. You will also make final decisions on all flooring, fixtures and finishes during this time.

5. Move into Your Dream House

Finally, the day you and your family have been looking forward to has finally arrived! You are now the owner of your beautiful, new dream house. And, while this is the end of the construction process, it is not the end of our involvement. For a full decade after you move in, Value Build Homes will stand behind any building concerns with our structural warranty.
