Are financing and land/home loans available for packages?

• There are many financing options available when you purchase a Lot & Home Package. For these types of purchases, we recommend a Construction-to-Permanent loan. Once construction is complete, these loans typically convert into a traditional mortgage, often with terms of up to 30 years. We also have a variety of recommended mortgage lenders who can guide you through the process and help you choose the best option for your situation.
